Deep Pythons are massive underwater eels with a penchant for protecting their territory. Their homes are carved into the sides of underwater cliffs, painstaking done over years with their front teeth. As the Deep Python grows larger, so too must its home. They make ferocious guardians for the prized treasures of Zora.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Poison (Ex)
The saving throw to resist this poison is a Fort save (DC 16). Poisons can be removed through Neutralize Poison and similar effects. Frequency 1/round for 6 rounds, effect 1d4 Con, cure 1 save.

Gnaw (Ex)
If a Deep Python begins a round with a grabbed foe, it inflicts automatic bite damage (2d6 +9 points of damage). A giant moray eel possesses a second set of jaws in its throat that aid in swallowing—it can make a second bite attack ( +11 attack, 1d6 +4) against a foe it has already grabbed.

Water Dependency (Ex)
Deep Pythons can survive out of the water for 1 minute per point of Constitution (after that, refer to the drowning rules).
