Gyorg

The primary predator of the deep seas, the Gyorg is a shark-like beast with stony growths on its snout. They use this growth as a ram for ships and organic prey alike, dazing it before going in for a chomp. They are extremely dangerous when encountered in a group, and this is often their preferred tactic.

Though under the same name as the Shark-like, Gyorg is a massive fish. Protector of the Great Bay Temple, he is a force to be reckoned with. Few who have fought him survived.

Capsize (Ex)
Gyorg can attempt to capsize a boat or ship by ramming it as a charge attack and making a CMB check. The DC of this check is 25, or the result of the captain’s Profession (sailor) check, whichever is higher. For each size category the ship is larger than Gyorg, he takes a cumulative –10 penalty on this CMB check.

Smash Breech (Ex)
As a full-round action, Gyorg can make a special charge attack against creatures on the surface of the water. At the end of its charge, Gyorg breaches, then slams down onto the target with incredible force. Any Huge or smaller creatures in the his space must make a DC 27 Reflex save or take 4d8 +30 points of bludgeoning damage and be forced into the nearest square that is adjacent to him. This breach automatically attempts to capsize any boats caught wholly or partially in this area. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Fast Swallow (Ex)
Gyorg can use its swallow whole ability as a free action at any time during its turn, not just at the start of its turn.

Summon Fish Swarm (Ex)
As a minor action, Gyorg can summon a single Fish Swarm. This swarm originates from his mouth, and has its turn immediately after Gyorg. Gyorg can only have one Fish Swarm active at a time, but this has unlimited uses.
